Open Arms Assisted Living is the repurposing of the St. Andrew Lutheran Elementary School into affordable assisted living.
Open Arms is the 1st assisted living facility in Colorado equipped with synchronous telehealth capabilities.
Beginning in Fall 2015, SYNERGY-RE and Urbitecture joint ventured with the St. Andrew Lutheran Church to transform a vacant faith-based elementary school into 30 beds of assisted living for Medicaid, VA, and below market private payers.
Structured as a 501c3 non-profit organization, Open Arms Assisted Living is functioning, occupied, and poised for growth.
